Day 1 — Arrival & First Tastings
Welcome to Istria! Upon your arrival, a member of our team will greet you. After you’ve had a chance to settle into your accommodations, we’ll get acquainted and begin our wine tour. Our first stop is a local wine cellar where we’ll enjoy some local tapas. Once we’re all relaxed, we’ll continue with a sightseeing tour, followed by the day’s second wine tasting. You’ll have time to enjoy your boutique accommodation among the vineyard before dinner.

Day 2 —Between traditional and modern
On our second day, we’ll journey between the past and present, visiting historical villages, traditional wine cellars, and ones that have embraced a more modern approach. Both the morning and afternoon will include sightseeing and a wine cellar visit where we’ll learn about the region’s wines. Renowned for producing wines of exceptional quality, the region most celebrated indigenous white grape is Malvazija Istarska (Istrian Malvasia) and Teran. Wines are a direct reflection of its diverse terroir. Before dinner, you’ll have plenty of time to explore on your own.
