Château Canon 2019: A Saint-Émilion Masterpiece
Nestled in the heart of Saint-Émilion, Château Canon is one of the region’s finest Premier Grand Cru Classé B estates. Its 34-hectare vineyard, set on the famous limestone plateau and clay-limestone slopes, gives its wines an unmistakable finesse and minerality.
2019 was an exceptional vintage in Bordeaux, and Château Canon benefited from nearly perfect growing conditions. A warm, dry summer, balanced by cool nights, allowed for slow and even ripening, preserving acidity and aromatic intensity. Harvested at optimal maturity between September 11 and October 4, the grapes were of outstanding quality.
Blend: 74% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc
